Job Title: Front of House and Admin Assistant

Location: Guildford, Surrey

Salary: £17,000

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Role Profile:

  • To maintain exceptional standards for ITM's Reception and Front of House
  • To provide office management support
  • To provide ad hoc admin and support to the Head of Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Switchboard - direct calls accordingly
  • Travel and accommodation bookings
  • Meeting and greeting of visitors
  • On site catering arrangements
  • Couriers, sending and receiving items
  • Managing incoming / outgoing post
  • Office management

Key Requirements:

  • Educated to an A level / HND standard
  • High level of written and spoken English
  • Evidence of confidently dealing with the public
  • Good standard of all MS office applications
  • Able to multitask
  • Time management
  • Being able to prioritise
  • Immaculately presented
  • Personable
  • Confident
  • Able to communicate confidently with all types of people
  • Previous experience in a front of house role
  • Some knowledge of Sharepoint would be advantageous
