Our client is recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of drinking and vending services. They are now looking for a Telesales Team Leader to join them.

As the Telesales Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for managing the Telesales Team and maximising sales of the company’s drinking and vending services.

Thinking outside the box, you’ll identify innovative ways to inspire your team and meet both individual and team targets. You’ll lead by example and provide training, demonstrations and ongoing coaching to ensure that employees realise their full potential. 

You’ll proactively follow up leads generated by marketing campaigns and develop creative pitches and propositions that effectively highlight the company’s services. 

Additionally, you’ll take advantage of opportunities to up-sell services and liaise with other departments to ensure that customer expectations are met.

- Experience of managing sales staff
- Previous experience in a sales environment, preferably in a proactive telemarketing role 

As the Telesales Team Leader, you’ll be able to effectively motivate and build strong relationships with others. Passionate and results-driven, you must also be a confident communicator with excellent prioritisation skills.
