This well established company operating from their new, open plan office (adjacent to the Hainault Country Park), are looking for a great Customer Administrator to join their dedicated team. Ideally applicants should be based within a short distance from the office in either North East London or West Essex.

The position is part time and flexibility around school term time is an option, with a minimum of 16 hours per week or the equivalent of circa 900 hours annually.

This company has been a market leader for 27 years in telephone systems and services to a loyal customer base including schools, accountants, charities, solicitors, manufacturing and service organisations.

As a Customer Administrator you will be working as part of a small team providing help, advice and support to new and existing clients. This will involve coordinating the services of BT and using the Ability billing software. Full training will be provided.

The position involves providing a professional customer service and the ideal candidate will possess the following:

- Experience working in a customer service environment
- Energetic and enthusiastic attitude to work
- Excellent communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner
- Attention to detail
- Experience of working with a software based CRM would be helpful

Salary between £20-£25k depending on experience and pro-rata to the hours worked
