CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator - Haas Experience

Growing family run precision machining company requires a Haas experienced CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator for their new Haas Lathe and Milling machine. The role will also require the candidate to train on Laser CNC. No experience required for the laser as training will be given.

Role & Responsibilities:
- To Program and Set relevant machines for operators to run efficiently.
- To accurately read and interpret engineering drawings Metric and English.
- To accurately produce CNC programs to manufacture products, on-time and to exact customer specifications using One CNC Cad Cam
- Used to working to fine tolerances & non ferrous materials
- Carry out inspection, including first-off inspection
- Assist in the development of new and existing manufacturing processes and procedures to optimise performance.
- Make a positive contribution to maintaining a workplace that is healthy, safe, neat and tidy
- Responsible for machining own jigs and fixtures.
- To help train/develop other personnel in all aspects.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience within a manufacturing environment
- At least 5 years' CNC experience
- At least 5 years' CNC Programming experience
- Haas experience essential.
- Operating of CNC Laser Cutter - training to be given

Salary: Negotiable

Start date: Immediate

Hours for this role are:
Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 4.30pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.
Friday 8.00am-1.00pm
