Salary: Circa £18,000
Hours: 22.2 Hours per Week (3 Days)
Contract: 2 Year Fixed Term Contract

In this exciting new role within the Lettings team you will be working along side the Welfare, Benefit & Debt Advice Team. You will be providing an effective administration and co-ordination service to the team, accurately recording and maintaining databases and updating information for benefit and debt cases.

You will be committed to providing an excellent service to customers and use outstanding communication skills to interpret information to our tenants, liaise with external agencies and negotiate with creditors where necessary. In order to be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of money advice, benefits and/ or debt advice services and be able to self-motivate to manage your work load independently.
