I have a brilliant opportunity for someone with excellent tax knowledge to join a leading regional law firm, providing commercial, agricultural and private client services.

This is a well-established firm with a strong track record of success who truly value their clients. They are looking for the right individual that shares the appetite to make a success of the business, with a commitment to growth and best practice.

This is a Senior Tax Specialist role in the firms growing Private Client division, they are therefore looking for someone that currently works within a Legal or Accountancy practice with a current Tax bias. This an ideal role for someone with professional expertise extending from private clients, high net worth individuals as well as the farming and agricultural community.

The company truly believe in empowering people, this role could be a strong promotion for someone who is stuck at a glass ceiling and is looking to progress.

Responsibilities:

• Tax planning advice on capital tax gains, inheritance tax and income tax.
• Looking at complex estate planning.
• A focus on, on-going Trust administrations and management.
• Corporate tax planning.

The Ideal Candidate:

You will have extensive experience in tax, in particular corporate tax planning, within either a Solicitors or Accountancy environment, as well as demonstrable experience of Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax, Tax Clearances, VAT and Insurance Premium Tax. It is desirable that you have CTA or ATTA, but they are not necessary.
