Office Angels are currently recruiting on behalf of our successful client for a Head of Sales. This is a Full-Time role, located within Edinburgh. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 17:30pm. Salary GBP35,000 - GBP50,000 per annum, depending on experience plus benefits including shares, bonus and a company car.
Job Description:
Our client is a leading firm within the travel and tourism industry. Working as Head of Sales, the successful candidate will have extensive experience in a similar role and ideally at Operational level. As Head of Sales you will have the responsibility for building a sales team and managing multiple Account Managers.
Experience, Skills, Attributes Required:
* Prior and extensive experience in a similar role is essential, including at an operational level
* Demonstrable experience of managing multiple managers and building a sales team
* Effective leadership and the ability to motivate others
* A proven track record in providing excellent customer service
* Previous experience of managing KPIs and budgets
* Experience driving sales staff development
* Demonstrable experience of self-management in the field
* The capacity to grasp new concepts quickly
* The ability to multi-task and work under pressure
* Experience within the travel and tourism industry beneficial but not essential
