Junior/Assistant Landscape Architect - London
Our client is leading environmental management consultancy that strives to provide clients with an integrated service, offering a comprehensive range of environmental solutions to a wide range of issues.
They are currently recruiting for an Assistant Landscape Architect to join their team based in London.
The role will involve assisting the existing landscape and ecology staff through CAD drawings, the preparation of sketch designs and site survey work. Other duties will include the provision of landscape input into a variety of projects, including landscape and visual assessment, landscape master planning and detailed landscape design and implementation. The opportunity will also exist for the right candidate to prepare marketing material to contribute to the development of the landscape services offered by the company.
Applicants must have a relevant qualification in Landscape Architecture/Design and have a minimum of 1 year previous experience gained in either a local authority or consultancy environment. Competency in AutoCAD, Photoshop or similar graphics packages is essential and applicants should be familiar with GIS packages. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills are also required along with a full UK driving license.
Knowledge of Revit/BIM is of significant advantage
