An excellent opportunity for an Architectural Assistant to join our client near Reading has arisen! Our client is a world-wide professional services company established for over 60 years. They have worked on multiple high profile projects with amazing end results across a variety of sectors including: industrial, commercial and government. Due to an increasing workload they are now seeking an Architectural Assistant to join them on a 6-9 month contractual basis near Reading.
As the selected Architectural Assistant you will be responsible for progressing the detailed design of packages for an office and laboratory project. You will work closely with Revit modellers, so an understanding of Revit or BIM would be advantageous, and you will primarily be concerned with detailed design of works packages including laboratories and interior fit-outs.
Essential requirements:
* Experience working in a similar role
* British National and Security Clearance
* Strong working knowledge of current UK Building Regulations
* Driven and determined
* Effective time management and organisational skills
The selected Architectural Assistant will join our client on a 6-9 month basis. Our client offers a negotiable rate dependent on experience for this 6-9 month contractual role.
