Do you have qualifications in Internal Audit and/or Business Risk with previous experience of working in a pension environment?
Have a background within financial services in an internal audit role with a good knowledge of auditing/quality assurance systems?

Our client has a superb reputation of providing innovative and high quality investment management advice to its clients and this well established and highly professional organisation are currently looking to recruit within their Berkshire location an Internal Auditor/Business Analyst to be a key member of the Business Risk & Assurance team to evaluate & improve the effectiveness of their operations via risk management control & governance processes
This is an extremely vital role within the organisation where you will be providing assurance to the Board, Management Team & Group Audit Committee on the effectiveness of the governance, risk management & the control processes that are in place. You will look to add value by providing guidance & support and a summary of the key responsibilities & accountabilities appear below:-

Monitor/maintain the internal audit programme

Perform internal audits ensuring compliance with all internal & external standards and controls

Risk mitigation

Identify & implement process control improvements

Prepare & written audit reports

Facilitate external audits

Provide user training & support

Support new business activities

Monthly progress reporting

Applications for this unique opportunity are particularly invited from IIA or CIA Qualified Auditors ideally with previous experience in the financial services industry preferably in the pension sector. You will also need to be an exceptional communicator and have 1st class IT skills particularly MS Office, Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
