Senior HR Consultant - Reading - Permanent - GBP35,000 - GBP45,000
My client are looking for a Senior HR Consultant to provide day to day support and HR guidance to a portfolio of clients. This is an exciting role for someone looking for a new challenge within HR.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
*Provide guidance and assistance to clients on a range of HR issues, procedures and policies consistent with latest legislation and guidelines
*Assist in development of bespoke HR policies and procedures
*Ensure delivery of an effective high quality service
*Assist with business development
*Contribute to HR projects
*Attend client meetings
*Liaise with external providers with regard to employee benefits
*Liaise with other professional institutions where appropriate
*Implement HR software
The ideal candidate will be working at a HR Advisor level, offering support to managers and stake holders and be fully qualified (CIPD Level 7)
