Job Title: Client Services Account Manager Type of Contract: Permanent Location: Southampton Salary GBP28,400 - GBP30,000 + Pension, Bonus and Benefits Our client has an exciting opportunity for an adaptable individual, who thrives under pressure, to join them as a Client Services Account Manager. As well as drive, determination and self-motivation, the ideal candidate will also have experience of working within Transition Management and Institutional Pensions. Main purpose of role: The Institutional investment Team currently manages assets under management to the value of GBP5bn. Existing Client relationships for circa 105 Institutional Pension Schemes,13 Investment Consultants & 44 Third Party Administrators with investments being undertaken across a fund range in excess of 140 Funds. With an approximate monthly net cash flow of circa GBP40m, with new incoming scheme transitions spanning a wide value range from GBP50m. The successful candidate will become part of this team and as the Account Manager will have responsibilities for managing all Scheme activity associated with the Institutional Pension Schemes, though building relationships and by being accountable for service delivery to your designated relationships acting as their key point of contact for customer service. Experience Required: * Applicable knowledge of both an Institutional platform and an Investment Administration process and systems. Ability to review and understand relevant documentation. * Similar relevant financial experience. Knowledge of Fund Manager Organisations would be beneficial. * Transition Management experience. * Proven Client Service and Relationship Management experience. * Excellent communication skills. * Able to take or initiates actions to address problems. * Deliver expected role output to standard and on time. * Demonstrate enthusiasm, passion and energy for multiple tasks and projects. * Ability to work in a team environment. * Understanding of FCA regulations. * Understanding of financial instruments Reference: 1611-12-7916 Please also attach a covering letter explaining why you are well suited to the role you are applying for.
