We`re seeking experienced FX Dealers, based in our Peterborough Office. The dealing desk in London is going through a significant growth phase and are looking for ambitious candidates who want to further their careers based out of Peterborough. Our people strive to be true international business partners to our customers offering a broad product suite including FX spot, forwards and derivatives and we are keen to connect with experienced Financial Services professionals to support our FX Dealing Room growth strategy.
In this FX Dealer position, you will make an impact by:
- Contacting customers by either phone, email or a face to face meeting.
- Uncovering and closing upsell hedging opportunities from our current client portfolio.
- Advising and dealing clients hedging risk using our suite of derivative products.
- Training and mentoring other dealing colleagues.
- Contributing to market commentary both internally and externally.

To be a successful FX Dealer you will have the following skills and experience:
- Deep technical understanding of global financial markets with a specific focus on FX.
- An expert in operating in any mediums (phone, email) at C-suite level.
- Able to demonstrate a proven track record of success.
- Comfortable working autonomously with strict deadlines and a high tenacity
- Solid competency using: MS Office, web conferencing tools and search engines
- Experience in the deliverable FX bank or non-banking sector
- Educated to degree level
In return the FX Dealer will receive a salary of GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 per annum and a market leading OTE.
