Chase & Holland are proud to be working with a firm of Accountants based in South Yorkshire who through constant growth are recruiting for a Semi Senior to join their team.

Key duties

* Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
* Preparing statutory accounts up to Partner review
* Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
* Managing petty cash transactions
* Controlling credit and chasing debt
* Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits

* Bookkeeping
* Accounts to review stage
* Management accounts monthly/quarterly
* Preparing VAT returns Quarterly standard and Flat rate scheme
* Produce the following backing schedules and reconciliations:
* Accruals / Prepayments
* Dividend calculations
* Preparation of Personal and Business tax returns
* Payroll preparation and CIS returns
