KPI are recruiting for a Training Adviser to join our client in their Accounts team, This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well known training centre who operates across the Northwest

As one of the largest suppliers of work-based learning in the North West of England. Awarded a `Grade 2? in their last Offstead reports, placing them in the top 15% of training providers in the country. As a company they are currently supporting over 1800 employers and 4500 learners throughout Cheshire, Staffordshire, Shropshire and the Midlands.

This is the ideal role for an AAT Practitioner looking to develop their career. My client require an individual who is a problem solver, willing to take responsibility and accountability and excels at training, engaging and motivating learners.

As an AAT Adviser, you will be responsible for undertaking a varied and demanding role in supporting a caseload of Apprentice learners in the Workplace and assisting in the growth of the sector.

Key Responsibilities include

-Assess learners achievements and monitor the progress of a caseload of learners in their place of work
-To maintain current professional knowledge within the accountancy field and undertake CPD activities as required.
-To ensure that all the compliance and process requirements of funding partners, relevant awarding bodies and procedures are met in full.
-Providing information and advice to learners throughout their programme
-Conduct health and safety check's with employers.
-Attend career, school and other marketing events to engage learners in work place learning

Essential Skills

-Possess relevant accounting qualifications/occupational competence.
-Focused on achievements and learner engagement.
-A genuine passion towards learning and development, being able to communicate and empathise with learners
-Excel at training, engaging and motivating learners of all ages and backgrounds.
-Possess the knowledge and ability to use and teach Microsoft Excel and Sage
-Knowledge of Accounting Apprenticeships and an ability to promote the benefits of apprenticeships to businesses and employers
-Understanding of Functional Skills
-Effective organisation and time management skills
-Full UK driving license and access to a car as you will be required to travel.

Desirable Skills

-A1 assessor qualification
