The role

As a Claims Customer Advisor you will be the person that customers talk to first about their existing claim. This customer service role will require you to re-assure customers by resolving any queries they may either by phone, email, online or post. Your role is to ensure that their experience continues to be refreshingly straightforward and this means making sure each call is handled quickly and efficiently and making the customer feel important.

We offer a competitive salary of GBP15,810 per year which will increase as you develop and progress within the role.

Skills, knowledge & behaviour

Familiarity and competence with Microsoft Office and comfortable using web based systems.

Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.

Working in a self-motivated way and under your own initiative.

Claims experience is not necessary as training will be provided You will need to be flexible with working hours as you need to be available for our customers when they need to talk to us.

Your shifts will vary from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm on Saturdays and 9am to 5pm on Sundays but your working pattern will be provided in advance.
