Commercial Insurance Broker - Kent
Salary: GBP20,000- GBP24,000 plus attractive commission package
We are working exclusively with one of the UK's leading and reputable Insurance Brokers, who are developing their commercial Insurance team in Kent. As a result they are seeking sales minded individuals to help drive the new business and growth forward.
The primary focus will be on generating new business development through outbound calls and cross selling of commercial products-in particular Construction, Contractors, Liabilities, Motor Fleet, PI etc.
Based in the branch office, the individual will proactively target market customers through leads provided to them from other departments, and will need to be driven towards reaching good sales figures.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience of selling Commercial Insurance products
* The desire to work towards personal and branch targets
* The ability to identify, to understand and prioritise customer needs based on their relevant industry to deliver a high standard of advice and service
* The ability to work with others in developing existing and new business
* Experience of proactive calling and insurance sales
