Insurance Contact Centre Agent - Macclesfield - GBP18k Salary + Bonus

Monday- Friday - ocassional saturday (9-1)

My client is recruiting for Contact Centre Agents to join the contact centre team in Macclesfield. About the Insurance Contact Centre Job
This is a busy contact centre role where customers as well as potential customers contact my client to discuss insurance needs or issues. As a Contact Centre Agent you will be taking these calls and discussing all manner of insurance enquires so excellent customer service skills and telephone manner are essential. The role also has a sales element so you will be expected to handle sales and renewal enquires over the phone and you will be targeted on securing new business and policy renewals.

Skills & Experience We Look For?
Successful Insurance Contact Centre Agents will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- 1st Class Customer Service Skills - Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal) - Good Standard of Computer Literacy - Sales and ability to work to targets - Team Work - Insurance Knowledge / Experience (desirable but not essential) - Previous telephone based experience (desirable but not essential) My Client is one of the largest independent insurance brokers in the UK and one of the most successful.
