Office Assistant

Flexible Part time position of approx. 25 hours per week over 5 days. Assisting current office staff.

General office duties,

  • Answering phone calls
  • Placing orders with suppliers
  • Creating order processing paperwork
  • Assisting with basic accounting functions
  • Assisting with Health and Safety systems
  • Assisting Human Resource systems
  • Ideal candidate would also have some ISO 9001 system knowledge.
  • Must be fully computer literate with MS Office experience.
