Due to rapid expansion a fantastic opportunity is available for a Services Administrator to join a market leader in medical equipment manufacturing and service industry. Based in Stretford, Manchester, the successful Services Administrator will earn a salary of £16,500. Within the role there is opportunity for long term career prospects.

As a Services Administrator you will be responsible for working as part of a sales/customer service team, reporting into the Group Sales Manager. The aim of the role is to provide an outstanding, professional customer experience to all customers and to participate in revenue generating activities to grow the business further. Your main duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
  • Delivering all round excellent customer service and ensuring customers have a great experience
  • Responsible for dealing with customer complaints right through to resolution with the support of your management team
  • Answering queries from customers both via email and over the phone
  • Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
  • Creating and processing sales orders

To be considered for the Sales Administrator position you must possess the following key skills and experience:
  • Strong demonstrable experience in Sales / Service Administration
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Must be helpful and polite
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales orders and database (preferable Sage 200)
  • Ability to work as part of a sales team
  • Should be of a smart appearance and articulate
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Great attitude
