Do you have excellent Customer Service experience? Are you looking for a great opportunity with a leading retail finance company?

Our Financial Services client, based in Cardiff, is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Executive to work as part of the customer service team. This highly sought after position will see you dealing with inbound enquiries, assisting both new and existing customers with their queries and discussing other relevant products and services where appropriate.

Previous Customer Service experience in a contact centre environment is essential and extensive further training will be provided. You should also be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and possess a confident yet friendly approach to customer service, with excellent attention to detail and administrative skills.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:


  • First class telephone manner in dealing with inbound/outbound calls and in line with DPA guidelines
  • Opening and distributing of incoming/outgoing mail
  • Carry out administrative tasks in relation to processing new applications
  • Process and allocate payments made by debit card and cheques from customers
  • Carry out additional administrative tasks as and when required

  • You must have the flexibility to work between the hours of 8am-8pm Mon-Sun.

    As this is working within the financial services industry you will also be required to pass a credit check.
