Our client is a leading, high quality social care provider for people with learning disabilities and complex needs in the North West. With over 18 years’ experience, the service is a well-respected provider of personalised support services tailored to the needs of individuals with complex needs.

Grange Avenue is a newly renovated development which consists of six beautifully presented flats, five for people requiring support and the other for their staff.

Within the role, you will support people moving from a low secure setting or out of the area, into their own flat, working with individuals to build confidence, develop skills and enable independence.

Experience of supporting individuals with complex needs is not essential – they provide full training and support from day one and their main priority is employing the right people. All that they ask is that you are resilient, hardworking and capable of working under pressure whilst having a positive attitude towards people with learning disabilities.

If you have a caring nature, good values and a genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives, then they would love to hear from you.

Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be willing to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, sleep-ins and waking nights. In order to provide a smooth transition for the individuals, you may also be required to work in different locations on a temporary basis.
