Group Litigation Solicitor

FINTEC recruit is seeking a Group Litigation Solicitor for our client based in Merseyside.

This is a permanent position with a salary of £39k+ depending on experience.

Our client a National law firm specialising in RTA, PI and Clinical Negligence claims and are expanding within Group Litigation.

• As the Group Litigation Solicitor, you will play a vital role in supporting an expanding Group Litigation department.
• The successful candidate will be able to effectively summarise large volumes of information and ensure cases are progressed within the organisation's file handling procedures.
• You will effectively progress a Multiparty Action concerning a new area of law in a commercially efficient manner.
• The role will suit someone who has had experience in running complex cases (Commercial, Financial or Group Litigation) and has the ability to draft applications and pleadings as well as taking cases through to trial.
