Would you like to join a young international organisation? They are looking for a Part Time Client Coordinator to join their high performance team ASAP.

This company based in London produce and organize high level international summits which bring together private, public and government organizations from all over the world.

As a Client Coordinator you will be responsible for admin related client tasks and company events tasks.

Responsibilities will include:

- Assist with event logistics (finding suppliers and venues)
- Liaising with institutional / government participants
- Updating company websites (content, news, photos, logos, etc.)
- Accounts - bookkeeping
- Invoicing clients and making sure payments are received on time
- Staff travel arrangements and processing their expenses
- Other administrative activities

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following criteria:

- Spanish speaker (Essential)
- College / University student
- Works effectively under pressure
- Previously worked in administrative roles
- Ability to establish strong working relationships both with clients and internally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a great telephone manner
- Good IT skills including MS Office packages
