Our highly successful client based in Horsham is looking for a Junior Business Development Executive to join a rapidly growing team. Perfect for anyone looking to start a career in Business Development, this is a great chance to position yourself for excellent opportunities and career growth.

As a digital native, the ideal candidate will be confident with technology and social media, be organised, self-motivated, and have a healthy competitive streak. A good, confident telephone manner is a must, and you should be willing to take initiative and ownership of the role.

Prior experience in a similar role or within a Business to Business environment would be an advantage, however as you will undergo a personalised training program designed to develop your skills, the position will also suit a graduate.

In this role, you will:Junior Business Development Executive / Sales Executive

* Be working to qualify B2B leads.

* Conduct a high volume of lead qualification calls to existing Inbound leads.

* Work closely with the Head of Inbound Sales and the Managing Director to develop and implement appropriate sales strategies and plans.

* Schedule online & offline appointments for the MD and Head of Inbound Sales.

* Conduct needs assessments calls with B2B prospects.

Please note, this role is NOT entirely based on cold prospecting. Our Client follows an Inbound Sales model; promoting trust-building with high quality B2B leads generated via our own content marketing campaigns.
