Sales Executive, Telesales, Account Manager
Telesales / Account manager is needed for this leading provider of branded promotional items such as pens mugs and usb's etc. to be based in their Hatfield Heath office.
They supply to a variety of business sectors and would like to hear from any candidates who would like the challenge and responsibility of building a portfolio of new customers from scratch.
You will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential new customers for our products and converting this initial interest into quotes and orders aided by our established small but dedicated team.
You will then develop these new customers into good ongoing accounts whilst maintaining a level of new business at all times. You will have the benefit of working to an already proven formula in a supportive environment that you will find interesting and motivational but at the same time challenging.
If you have experience in telesales or direct sales and can demonstrate a good level of success and aptitude we would like to hear from you.
There will be a basic salary which will depend on your level of competency and experience (range £18 - £22k) + OTE in year one of £25,000
A commission/bonus scheme is additional to salary.
You will need the following skills and attributes.
Open minded and willing to learn
Focused and determined
IT literate * Confident and clear telephone manner
Good numeracy with a good commercial awareness
Ability and confidence to communicate at a variety of levels
Preferably educated to A level standard (but not essential if you have other strong attributes)
Your own transport (they are in a remote location)
