Our client currently has vacancies for Technical Operatives working in the production team at their facility in Scropton, Derbyshire. You will support the manager ensuring that both team and processes operate efficiently and effectively. Managing production processes and staff in order to meet safety, quality, training and productivity targets set by the Company.

The Role:
- To ensure line is prepared ready for shift start
- Conduct preventative maintenance to agreed tasks and schedule
- Ensure all machinery checks are conducted in a timely manner
- Escalate issues to the engineering section
- Being proactive on ways to improve machines or processes
- To support the Section Manager in encouraging safe working behaviours, adhering to Company rules and regulations
Key Skill & Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have:
- Basic knowledge of food production, line/machines
- Possess a good standard of literacy, numeracy and computer skills
- Be self-motivated, conscientious and well organised
- Have a practical approach to problem solving
- Be quality conscious
