The Pensions Act 2008 - is a new law that ensures that business owners MUST set up an Auto Enrolment scheme and enroll all eligible employees into a qualifying, compliant Pension scheme whilst following the 854 rules from the new legislation including an appropriate Communications Audit Trail. Not optional, an obligation, if they fail to meet this they face heavy fines.

With nearly two million independent businesses still to set this up, there is a huge opportunity for you to gain new clients. On average, you can charge clients £495 to £2000 per case, so just selling 1-4 cases will earn back your start up fee.
