Position: Lean Leader - Continuous Improvement - Insurance Industry - Lean Six Sigma Agent
Location: Manchester
Salary: £35000 - £45000 per annum Plus attractive benefits

Our company client is a highly regarded insurer who is actively looking to appoint a talented Lean Leader with a proven track record in driving continuous improvement within the insurance sector. The job holder will join the specialist business insurance division who have an outstanding market reputation. The firm is entering a period of signification change and wants to drive operational excellence throughout the business, focusing on driving strategic improvements to operational processes and customer service.
Purpose of the job:
* The successful applicant will work closely with business stakeholders to contribute to data gathering, Analysis, and the design and implementation of operational processes.
* You will implement lean methodologies, through engagement and education, and well as process re-design, CI and driving change projects.
Knowledge and experience for this role:
* Experienced in using Lean principals; Value Stream mapping, 5S
* Lean Six Sigma experience / Black or Green belt
* Design experiments experience
* Excellent Value Stream Mapping skills
* Excellent stakeholder management
* Passionate about continuous improvement
