Joining ourelite team of Infrastructure Analysts you'll be based in Whiteley but may alsoget the opportunity to travel occasionally within the UK and EMEA. This role is offered on a full-time permanentbasis and the successful candidate will hold, or be eligible to attain, SCclearance.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY

As an important member of our team you will provide administrative support across all our infrastructure services which include servers, storage, and networks. You'll install and commission new serversand switches/routers as well as resolving Service Desk calls using ITSM Remedy. Maintaining a high level of availability of services and throughmonitoring key systems you'll minimise the risk of system downtime. You'll also ensure compliance of all changecontrol processes and facilitate process improvement through the creation ofrelevant infrastructure documentation and knowledge dissemination.

PROFILE

To be successful you will have sound knowledge and experience of MS Server 2008-2012(Active Directory, GPO, DHCP), as well as WMware vSphere. Beyond this you will be able to demonstrate working knowledge of HP or Dell servers and have experience of working within an ITIL based ITSM environment. Experience of creating infrastructure documentation is also a keyrequirement for this position.
