Sales Account Director / Account Manager - City IT Reseller & Managed Services Provider

Are you a mid-level Account Director / Account Manager with a strong experience in selling IT hardware maintenance support services for servers and storage?

The Company: 

+ Office based in the City, walking distance from Bank and St Paul’s tube. 
+ Successfully growing from strength to strength since they started three years ago. 
+ Entrepreneurial company director with 12+ years’ experience as an IT reseller and 20 years’ experience in sales. 

Unique selling points compared to other re-sellers:

+ Help recruit and build a bigger successful team of account managers. 
+ Start whilst the company is still small, therefore scope to earn a lot of money and be at the top of the business in the future. 
+ Percentage override of sales team. 

Key Duties:

+ Managing 10-15 clients - client size is mostly with 200-1000 users 
+ Drive account revenue growth and increased profitability into defined accounts.
+ Bring own longstanding book of clients and nurture them.
+ Achieve monthly GP targets.
+ Focus on Customer satisfaction and drive improvements where needed.
+ Strategic account planning and implementation of delivery programmes as necessary.
+ Account relationship management across multi-tiers within the client account.
+ Assimilate existing and new business services, solutions and products.
+ Driving services business (Support services and Professional services).
+ Identifying client business needs with a view to help shape solution development by the Product Management teams.
+ Reporting in line with company standards CRM. 

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

+ Full Service Reselling: Managed Services, Datacentre Services, Network Services, Voice and Systems Integration Services.
+ Have sourced own clients
+ Personal Account Management achievement
+ Contract, business negotiation and closing skills
+ Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to communicate, with credibility, to a senior management “C level” audience e.g. CIO, CTO
+ Strong commercial management skills – the ability to get business closed, profitably
+ Experience in managing the end to end contracting process

Salary Package + OTE Circa £90K-120K+ (above market commission package)
