The role of Operations Executive is an exciting multi-disciplined role that will allow the right candidate the opportunity to learn all aspects of operations in a growing SME. As the role develops and the team grows you???ll be given the chance to specialise in the areas that fit your skill set.

This role will fall into three main areas: General office/administration, Finance and Event/Projects, with most of the time being spent on finance and events.

* Support the Events Executive when necessary to ensure all events run smoothly
* General office management
* Work with the Operations Manager to increase efficiency
* Finance management ??? completing the monthly payment run, event invoicing and credit control
* Ability to manage credit control with decorum, escalate potential issues and produce debtors reports
* Managing petty cash and team expenses

Essential requirements:

* Positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn and take on new tasks
* Extremely proactive, committed and adaptable
* Ability to multitask
* Strong MS Office skills
* Attention to detail is essential
* Impeccable communication skills (both written and spoken) and the ability to build relationships
* Ability to work with team members of all levels within the business
