Due to growth an exciting and rare opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Showroom Manager to join an award winning company with bathroom and tiles showrooms throughout the UK. Based in Central London the successful Assistant Showroom Manager will earn £24,000 + £2000 London weighting, with OTE of £32,000 - £37,000 uncapped, plus a range of excellent benefits.
Working together with the Showroom Manager, the Assistant Showroom Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the bathroom showroom. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the performance of the Assistant Showroom Managers and Sales Advisors in terms of KPI’s and sales targets, along with monitoring customer service techniques and general overall performance.
This Assistant Showroom Manager role will encompass all aspects of leadership, recruiting, staffing, advanced training and personal development. Reporting to the Area Manager, your responsibilities will include:

You’ll be responsible for overseeing the performance of the Assistant Showroom Managers and Sales Advisors in terms of KPI’s and sales targets, along with monitoring customer service techniques and general overall performance.
This Assistant Showroom Manager role will encompass all aspects of leadership, recruiting, staffing, advanced training and personal development. Reporting to the Area Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the showroom is opened and closed securely on an on time basis.
- Ensure morning motivational brief meetings are carried out setting daily targets and expectations for the day/week ahead.
- Exceeding store Targets through Effective KPI Management
- Liaise with the store manager on a regular basis in order to improve any procedures and to prevent losses within the business.
- Ensure that all staff work to their full potential and to identify staff that may require additional training, to increase their overall performance.
- Providing analytical reports to display performance for the Showroom
- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments, reporting any discrepancies
- Monitor the procedures currently in place and suggest changes to be made to improve the smooth running of the Showroom.
