Our well established Engineering client was established in 1998 & have rapidly expanded from their beginnings in Oxfordshire to have invested in local service centres around the country, staffed by customer service orientated motivated teams. They pride themselves on working closely with their customers on anything from major engineering projects, production cost reduction exercises to stores set-up and on-going stock management.

They have identified an opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join their growing team in Bicester.

The role:
As Sales Administrator your key responsibility will be to fulfil assigned administration duties relating to customer and business requirements
Reporting into the Office Manager, your remit will also include:
• Ensuring that customers are quoted in a timely fashion after receipt of customer requirement Ensure that customer orders are processed
• Ensure that goods are expedited to arrive on time in line with customer requirements and overdue orders are kept to a minimum
• Working closely with the external sales force and offering support where required

What you need:
The successful candidate will hold the relevant experiences and skills to thrive within this role:
• Knowledge of Sage SOP and POP processes
• Experience of working in a service related industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills in addition to the ability to prioritise workload
• Exceptional telephone manner and ensuring to remain professional whilst resolving queries
