Kingdom Coffee – Customer Service / Order Clerk

Kingdom Coffee is a leading independent coffee wholesaler, currently based in Reading RG2

Due to a period of sustained growth we will shortly be moving to new premises in RG30 and we are now looking for another Customer Service / Order Clerk to join our busy team.

The role will require the right candidate to undertake a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, the following:

Taking / making telephone calls to customers

Taking sales orders over the telephone

Dealing with customer queries and service calls

Processing orders

Upkeep of database information

Ideally candidates should have relevant experience and should have a confident telephone manner

Experience with Sage products would be useful but is not essential

This is a full time role, 40 hours per week

We offer 20 days paid holiday plus Bank Holidays

£17,680 pa subject to review after qualifying period
