You will be assisting and under the tutelage of one of the Industries notable chefs Michael Mannion.
Michael is a qualified Chef, Artisan Baker and Fine Pastry Chef. He started his career at Claridge's in Mayfair before becoming pastry chef at Harvey's on Wandsworth Common (now Chez Bruce). Under Marco Pierre White, working alongside Gordon Ramsey he assisted in achieving three Michelin Stars. He went on to become Junior Sous Chef at Chez Nico on Park Lane before making his own name as Head Chef at the Lighthouse in Wimbledon where he gained two AA Rosettes and then the Crooked Billet in Henley upon Thames.
