JR Personnel are an employment agency, acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experience Account Advisor to support the Customer Service Manager, providing a high level of service to internal & external customers, liaising with Business Development, Programme and line Mangers, driving and developing business with Key Customers

Role profile:      

  • Providing excellent service & support, whilst developing and maintaining excellent client relationships
  • Ensuring SLA's & KPI's are met by attending to all customer orders, enquiries and complaints within 24 hours of receipt
  • Managing account issues & implementing a recovery plan to avoid escalation
  • Managing the daily work load of Account Advisors by prioritising workloads
  • Providing progress and quotation conversions in-line with relevant timescales
  • Attending customer visits
  • Coordinating, attending and owning programmes through the business processes, until they are stable runner parts
  • Ensuring full pricing analysis is completed to develop key customer price lists, including; updating and controlling pricing issues
  • Seeking every opportunity to gain extra business from allocated accounts, ensuring gap analysis is conducted to identify missed orders against platforms and forecasts

  • Excellent communication, interaction & interpersonal skills
  • Strong Problem solving, negotiation & analytical skills
  • Process driven

Essential criteria:

  • A good sound knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Ability to soft sell to existing customer database
  • Programme Management experience within the Manufacturing sector
  • A proficient understanding of the flow of timelines within business
  • A sound understanding of industry trends/patterns
  • Must be willing to travel, hold a current full driving license and UK Passport
