Assistant Manager - Edgbaston
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager with a big front of house character to join the management team at the Physician in Edgbaston - one of the latest additions to the Brunning and Price family of pub restaurants. We're currently in the process of a substantial renovation and will be opening the doors in the autumn.
You'll be a key member of the pub management team supporting the manager and deputy manager in many aspects of the day to day running of the pub. As well as helping to select wines and beers, you'll join in with menu development with the chef team, take responsibility for managing people and ensure we provide great customer service.

We need someone who has a real eye for the detail together with management experience, ideally in a similar pub or restaurant environment. You'll need to have a real passion for and sound knowledge of quality food, cask ales and beers, wines and spirits but above all, we're looking for a friendly, confident and outgoing individual with a great sense of humour who genuinely enjoys looking after people and providing great service.
