Job Elements: -
• Deliver robust, reliable and efficient software applications
• Work with our highly experienced Lead Software Engineer
• Be involved with all aspects of the design life cycle
• Develop project specifications
• Liaise with quality assurance department to develop software test procedures
• Liaise with support and fix reported issues
• Writing software components to agreed specification
• Working on all aspects of a product during its development
• Design suitable user interfaces for in-field use
• Writing test plans based on the requirements set out by the project designer
The ideal candidate will have:
• Qualified to Degree or equivalent in computer science or related discipline
• Programming experience in: -
o C#. Experience with .NET 4.5+ and Visual Studio IDE
o Windows presentation foundation (WPF)
o HTML5 and ASP.Net
o Large dataset management experience with SQL Server
o Experience with user interface design
o Microsoft Office to develop templates for report generation
• Knowledge of Windows Applications and PC support
• Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills and proven experience of software engineering
