Internal Sales / Customer Service Executive

Direct Packaging Solutions is a privately owned company who is looking to expand their internal sales team based in Stockport.

We also have opportunities and are looking to fill the same position for our sales team at our offices in Deeside.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated internal sales person who possesses good communication skills , a strong work ethic, the desire to achieve and a determination to succeed.

You will be supported within a highly successful business to business environment and must be able to:

Take responsibility of developing new accounts and then manage them to maximise potential sales.

Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers and our existing team.

Have the ability to handle customer enquiries.

Be able to take initiative and ownership of projects and tasks and get satisfaction from the results.

Have an excellent and professional customer service telephone manner
