Our client is looking for an experienced telesales professional with a good track record within outbound business to business (B2B) telesales.

You need to possess a strong commercial acumen and have a proven track record in making appointments and generating leads over the telephone. Having an in-depth understanding the importance of customer service is a must.

The job role will include, but not be limited to:
* Contacting clients through warm qualified leads to book appointments
* Following a script
* Initial lead qualifying
* Supporting the direct Sales team
* Development support and ongoing maintenance of MWS CRM system
* Maintaining customer account files and ensuring correct completion of account application forms and T&Cs Respond to in-bound customer / prospect enquiries and ensure they are actioned
* Be responsible for organising outbound customer communications and their frequency
* Provide additional support as and when required
* Provide input to team meetings regarding improvements and issues

Base salary is dependent on experience, however, there is a commission scheme for converted sales and service leads, with no cap on your earnings.
