Here at Bidvest Foodservice, we stock 1000s of lines across all categories and temperature bands and we pride ourselves on our expert sourcing to ensure that we only offer quality products, including known and own brands!

We’re now looking for a talented Customer Support Advisor to provide the highest levels of customer service and support when dealing with complaints, queries and advice enquiries from our customers.

Your key responsibilities as our one of our Customer Support Advisors are:
• Logging information onto the Support Works System on a daily basis
• Ensuring all emails / letters received are processed daily
• Produce a variety of ad hoc, weekly and month end reports
• Running depot chase reports and communicating with depots when samples are overdue, escalating delayed responses
• Maintaining shared information logs
• Filing all correspondence received
• Devising / creating new style reports to meet customer demands using Support Works, Excel or Access on a regular basis

We’re looking for a Customer Support Advisor who has the following:
• Basic knowledge of MS Office packages – particularly Excel & Outlook
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to solve problems in a calm and professional manner
• Minimum GCSE education (or equivalent) to include English & Maths
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to competently multi task
• An understanding, preferably experience of delivering customer satisfaction
• Able to work collaboratively in a customer service environment
• It is desirable that you have an avid interest in food, manufacturing or catering
