Recruitment Resourcer - Berkhamsted
Quanta are an internationl award winning recruitment consultancy based in Berkhamsted, we are extremely proud to have been awardeda Queen's Award for Enterprise for International Trade 2016 and we continue to see growth within our business. As a result are looking to expand our talented Delivery team.
You will be working within our fast paced multi-lingual resource team; you will be required to locate highly skilled candidates on a global presence within either our Life Sciences or Energies teams, we have vacancies in both divisions.
As a Resourcer/Delivery Executive you will be matching the candidate's skill sets to the right opportunity for them, along with logistical information to help them when they are working, for instance providing basic tax and living cost information, along with details for travel and accommodation.
Key areas of the role:
* Undertaking searches on Quanta's database and Job Boards to identify suitable candidates, as well as utilising networking channels and headhunting techniques to approach and attract the passive market.
* Networking with candidates, building relationships and gaining a thorough understanding about them and their abilities.
* Writing vacancy advertisements, selecting and posting to appropriate recruitment websites.
* Full candidate qualification ensuring their suitability to the role and client.
* Preparing and presenting qualified CVs to sales teams and/or clients.
* Where required, arrange interviews, preparation and de-brief conversations as well as working with our business support team in providing travel information to candidates.
* Keeping full and complete records within the company's information systems.
* Uphold and be aware of Quanta's image and brand at all times.
Experience & Skills Required:
* Previous experience within recruitment, sales and/or customer service.
* Communication and relationship building is key to the Resourcer role, you will spend a significant about of time speaking with candidates over the telephone and therefore will need to be a clear and concise communicator.
* A highly competitive spirit, the desire to work towards goals and the stamina to excel in a fast moving, sales-driven environment
