Marketing Data Manager

My major client in the finance sector is looking for a Marketing Data Manager, to join on a permanent basis, at their site close to London Euston

They are looking for a strong Data Manager to deliver the marketing insights required to drive the business forward to it's next stage of development. The role is a key part of the Brand & Marketing team and will be the eyes and ears of the department. The role will need to provide insights into marketing activity performance, whilst also looking at market trends to help plot the best marketing strategies. This analysis will be required across multiple products throughout the customer life cycle - acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

. Key marketing performance reports and visualisation of trends for acquisition and retention
. Deep dives into post campaign analysis across multiple marketing channels
. Attribution modelling to determine channel level CPA's
. Google Analytics funnel analysis across digital channels and site conversion
. Budget setting and forecasting of applications and loan volumes
. Involvement in market and customer segmentation projects using data from Credit Reference agencies as well as internal data
. Overseeing the selection of data for Direct Marketing campaigns
. Continuing to support our SCV and marketing data environment, including the linkage of digital and social data into the 1-2-1 platform
. Market trend analysis, market growth, SOV, penetration in conjunction with outsides agencies
. Acting as the key data person for all our external agency relationships

Skills, Experience and Qualifications preferred:

. Strong experience in Modelling techniques and statistics, with a background in mathematics preferred
. Can demonstrate the delivery across a variety of analytical projects
. Highly numerate and fantastic statistical understanding
. Experience using and setting up analytical platforms, reporting and campaign management tools
. Can prove innovative thinking and is at the forefront of the latest marketing analytical techniques
