Neighbourhood Housing Officer

Can you provide a high quality customer focused service?  Do you have experience of building strong and effective partnerships with customers, colleagues and partner agencies to deliver sustainable neighbourhoods? Do you have the skills to deliver a housing management service including investigating anti social behaviour and developing tenancy sustainment? If so, we'd love to hear from you!

We're looking for someone who has the ability to manage a neighbourhood patch.  You will have a flexible approach, being able to self manage and prioritise. With strong networking and communication skills you will be the public face of RBH within the community.

You must have a car available for work at all times for which you will be paid a mileage allowance.

Hours of work for this part-time vacancy will be discussed with the successful applicant.
