Credit Controller - Part Time

Credit Controller - Part Time required. Our client is a leading manufacturer based in Stourbridge has an exciting opportunity within their Finance Department.  Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, you will be responsible a range of customer accounts as well as assisting and managing colleagues with their various credit control tasks.

Duties will include: 

•    Reviewing  holds on customer accounts and pro forma payments    
•    Carrying out credit checks, trade references and account reviews
•    Checking cheques and BACS remittances 
•    Routine weekly and monthly tasks such as producing calls lists and checking the aging is correct,         producing credit control results spread sheets etc
•    Managing and monitoring the Sales Ledger
•    Checking and processing Company credit card payments
•    Correspondence with solicitors and liquidators
•    Credit limit reviews and authorising new accounts
•    Special projects & reviewing procedures as and when required

Skills Required:
You will be an experienced  Credit Controller and exceedingly well-organised, flexible and with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.  The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure and remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient at all times is import.   A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role

2/3 days per week

£17,000 - £20,000 Pro-rata depending upon experience
