The Innovation department is seeking to appoint a Project Administrator to support the delivery of a range of projects. You will need to be an experienced administrator, well organised and confident. You will work as part of a small team but will have direct contact with a large number of students and external organisations.
Applicants must be forward planning, approachable and self-motivated with a good standard of education and experience of an office/administration environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills with a knowledge of Microsoft are essential.
The successful candidate will be comfortable using social media for advertising purposes and will also take the lead on the department's invoices using the relevant Bluqube system.
