Campus Supervisor (Fixed Term until 31 March 2017) - PKC02486 
£12,098 - £13,631 (21 hours per week)
Loch Leven Community Campus, Kinross

The Campus Supervisor is responsible to the Campus Business Manager (CCBM) in managing, developing and monitoring high standards of service that are delivered within Loch Leven community campus, outside of office hours. You will work as part of a Campus Team to ensure the effective and efficient use of the community campus and be responsible for management of a team of shift working receptionists and campus operations.

Supervisory experience
ICT experience in audio visual equipment and use of Microsoft Office packages
Facility management experience
Cash handling, recording and reconciliation experience
A good level of education
It would be desirable if the applicant had Events Organisation experience


Undertake the role of Campus duty manager / council representative to provide a day to day contact with the on site service providers & campus users for the routine operation of the campus including, from time to time, delegated powers, duties or responsibilities

Experience of working with the public and excellent customer service skills
Ability to deal with challenging situations in a sensitive manner
