We are currently looking for a chef de Partie to join one of our kitchens in Borough.
Key responsibilities will include;
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes
Helping the Sous and Head Chef to develop new dishes and seasonal menu
Running the pass on quieter evenings.
Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margin
