Recruitment Consultant - IT & Business Change
Sanderson, part of the wider RSG group, was established 40 years ago, now operating from 10 offices across the UK and Europe, including a hub in central London. Over the last 18 months we have increased and developed the London team, more than doubling our revenue in both the perm and contract market. In order to continue this trajectory of growth, we are looking for an additional consultant to join the team.
This role covers all elements of the recruitment process, with the primary focus on relationships, both with clients and candidates. In our business, it is about providing the highest standard of service, operating with professional credibility and integrity in order to bring together the strongest candidates and most prestigious clients.
This is not a typical 360 role; there are no targets around cold calling. We do, however, put a strong emphasis on business development through building relationships and expanding networks, and the ability to identify and open up business opportunities through market knowledge and connections.

Ideally we would like you to have an experience within IT & Business Change, and exposure to the FS market. Alternatively, a background in another area of Professional Services that will be transferrable to our business areas.
This is not an entry level role but it is also not a senior position. It is the ideal step for someone with 1-4 years experience in recruitment, looking for the opportunity to build on what they have already learned, and join an organisation that will provide them with the platform to take their career to the next level.
